For those guests whose trip will require an airplane, we are recommending that everyone fly into Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. From the airport, it is exactly 1 hour to the hotel.
Dulles International Airport is a second and quite possibly, more affordable, option. However it is a bit longer of a drive at 1 hour 15 minutes.
We have reserved a block of hotel rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn. To reserve your hotel room please contact the Hilton Garden Inn directly at (540) 548 - 8822 and refer to the "Lewis Heckel Wedding Block" for a discounted rate. You have until September 27th to book your hotel and be guaranteed this discounted rate.
For the convenience (and safety!) of our guests, the bride's parents will be providing transportation to and from the reception for those staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. The first trolley will depart for the reception at 4:00 p.m., with a second trolley picking up the remainder of the guests at 4:15 p.m. Please remember that transportation will not be provided to and from the wedding ceremony.
